This diet includes the intial evaluation and questionnaire. You are given a diet 12 weeks
out from you show then a update 8 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 weeks, and a final week dryout diet with instructions. They
will also list all recommended supplements and cardio recommendations. You will send me pictures at each interval with
weight and estimated bodyfat and diet is adjusted accordingly.
